Objective: To explore the impact of the Satya model group psychological capital intervention on summer burnout and psychological stress in pediatric operating rooms staff, in order to provide reference for hospital managers to formulate scientific and reasonable intervention measures and avoid the occurrence of pediatric nurses' job burnout. Methods: A total of 150 medical personnel working in the pediatric operating room of our hospital from January 2022 to May 2024 were selected as research objects by convenient sampling method. Excel randomized method was used to divide them into control group and observation group, with 75 cases in each group. The control group was given routine psychological intervention, while the observation group was given group psychological capital intervention with Satya model. The emotional state, mental resilience, job burnout and occupational stress of the two groups were compared. Results: The score of positive emotion dimension[(36.11±7.12) vs. (32.56±5.09)], score of total mental resilience [(92.84±9.09) vs.(80.33±7.14)], score of personal achievement [(12.88±3.23) vs.(9.67±2.92)] in the observation group after intervention were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05), and the differences in each index before and after the intervention were statistically significant when compared between the two groups(all P<0.05).The score of negative emotion dimension [(15.17±3.76) vs.(18.90±3.11)], score of emotional exhaustion dimension [(7.57±2.56) vs.(13.71±3.61)], score of depersonalization dimension [(5.79±1.67) vs.(13.81±3.91)] in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant, and the differences in each index before and after the intervention were statistically significant when compared between the two groups(all P<0.05). After intervention, the scores of all dimensions of occupational stress were lower than those of control group and the differences in the scores of each index before and after the intervention in the observation group were all greater than those in the control group(all P<0.05). Conclusion: Satya model group psychological capital intervention can improve the emotional state of pediatric operating room staff, enhance the level of mental resilience, reduce summer job burnout and relieve occupational stress. |
