萨提亚模式团体心理资本干预对儿科手术室医务人员暑期职业倦怠和心理压力的影响

摘要:

目的: 探讨萨提亚模式团体心理资本干预对儿科手术室医务人员暑期职业倦怠和心理压力的影响,以期为医院管理者制定科学合理的干预措施提供参考依据,避免儿科护士职业倦怠的发生。方法: 采用方便抽样法选取2022年1月至2024年5月在本院儿科手术室工作的150名医务人员为研究对象,采用Excel随机分组法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各75名。对照组给予常规心理干预,观察组给予萨提亚模式团体心理资本干预,比较两组研究对象的情绪状态、心理弹性水平、职业倦怠及职业压力情况。结果: 观察组干预后积极情感维度得分[(36.11±7.12)分vs.(32.56±5.09)分] 、心理弹性总分[(92.84±9.09)分vs.(80.33±7.14)分] 、个人成就感维度得分[(12.88±3.23)分vs.(9.67±2.92)分]均高于对照组,且干预前后各指标差值在两组间比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组干预后消极情感维度得分[(15.17±3.76)分vs.(18.90±3.11)分]、情绪衰竭维度得分[(7.57±2.56)vs.(13.71±3.61)分]、去人格化维度得分[(5.79±1.67)vs.(13.81±3.91)分]均低于对照组,且干预前后各指标差值在两组间比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。干预后,观察组职业压力各维度得分均低于对照组,且观察组各指标得分的干预前后差值均大于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论: 萨提亚模式团体心理资本干预可改善儿科手术室医务人员情绪状态,提升心理弹性水平,降低暑期职业倦怠,减轻职业压力。

Objective: To explore the impact of the Satya model group psychological capital intervention on summer burnout and psychological stress in pediatric operating rooms staff, in order to provide reference for hospital managers to formulate scientific and reasonable intervention measures and avoid the occurrence of pediatric nurses' job burnout. Methods: A total of 150 medical personnel working in the pediatric operating room of our hospital from January 2022 to May 2024 were selected as research objects by convenient sampling method. Excel randomized method was used to divide them into control group and observation group, with 75 cases in each group. The control group was given routine psychological intervention, while the observation group was given group psychological capital intervention with Satya model. The emotional state, mental resilience, job burnout and occupational stress of the two groups were compared. Results: The score of positive emotion dimension[(36.11±7.12) vs. (32.56±5.09)], score of total mental resilience [(92.84±9.09) vs.(80.33±7.14)], score of personal achievement [(12.88±3.23) vs.(9.67±2.92)] in the observation group after intervention were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05), and the differences in each index before and after the intervention were statistically significant when compared between the two groups(all P<0.05).The score of negative emotion dimension [(15.17±3.76) vs.(18.90±3.11)], score of emotional exhaustion dimension [(7.57±2.56) vs.(13.71±3.61)], score of depersonalization dimension [(5.79±1.67) vs.(13.81±3.91)] in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant, and the differences in each index before and after the intervention were statistically significant when compared between the two groups(all P<0.05). After intervention, the scores of all dimensions of occupational stress were lower than those of control group and the differences in the scores of each index before and after the intervention in the observation group were all greater than those in the control group(all P<0.05). Conclusion: Satya model group psychological capital intervention can improve the emotional state of pediatric operating room staff, enhance the level of mental resilience, reduce summer job burnout and relieve occupational stress.
