Objective To realize the current situations of the job burnout among the nurses from infectious diseases hospitals, to explore the influencing factors and to find the countermeasures. Method MBI-GS(maslachburnout inventory general survey) and open-ended questionnaires were used to investigate the current situations concerning the job burnout of 114 nurses from some provincial tertiary-level class-A Infectious Diseases Hospital in Nanjing. Results Nurses from infectious diseases hospitals had higher-level job burnout. Conclusion the current situations of the job burnout among the nurses from infectious diseases hospitals are not going well. Infectious diseases hospitals should seek effective approaches to relieve the serious situations of nurses’ job burnout. |
