幽门螺杆菌与溃疡性结肠炎相关性研究

摘要：

目的：通过研究幽门螺杆菌（HP）与溃疡性结肠炎的相关性，旨在探讨HP感染对溃疡性结肠炎的发生是否起保护作用。方法：随机选取溃疡性结肠患者（50例）为试验组和对照组（50例），应用13C呼气试验分别测定二者的HP感染率。结果：溃疡性结肠炎患者中HP感染率( 26 %)明显低于对照组（56%），二者相比差别有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：HP感染与溃疡性结肠炎的发生呈负相关。

Objective:By studying the relationship of Helicobacter pylori infection and ulcerative colitis ,to approach whether HP infection has the protection of ulcerative colitis. Methods: Selecting one hundred ulcerative colitis patients,devided into two groups:UC group(n=50) and control group(n=50).The infection rates of HP in two groups were analyzed by 13C breath test. Results:Detection rate of HP in UC group(26%) was significantly lower than in control group(56%),the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion:HP infection has a inverse correlation of ulcerative colitis.
