养老机构老年人日常生活能力对生活满意度的影响：心理弹性的中介作用

摘要：

目的：探讨养老机构老年人心理弹性在日常生活能力与生活满意度之间的关系及其作用机制。方法: 通过多阶段分层整群抽样法，抽取贵阳市5所养老机构374名老年人，收集老年人人口学特征、日常生活能力、心理弹性、生活满意度等信息。采用 SPSS 26.0 统计软件对数据进行 t 检验、ANOVA分析、Pearson相关分析、多元回归分析，使用AMOS 26.0软件构建结构方程模型并进行评估。结果：日常生活能力、心理弹性与生活满意度均呈正相关(r=0.784、0.909，P＜0.01)，日常生活能力与心理弹性呈正相关(r=0.763，P＜0.01)；日常生活能力可以直接预测生活满意度(β=0.480，t=24.39，P＜0.001)，心理弹性在日常生活能力与生活满意度之间存在部分中介作用，其中直接效应为0.118，间接效应为0.362，中介效应占总效应的75.42%。结论：日常生活能力既能直接影响生活满意度，也能通过心理弹性的中介作用影响生活满意度。

Objective: To explore the role and mechanism of psychological resilience in the relationship between the daily living ability of elderly people and their life satisfaction in nursing homes. Methods: A multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method was used to select 374 elderly people from 5 nursing homes in Guiyang City, and the data on demographic characteristics, daily living abilities, psychological resilience, life satisfaction and other information of the elderly people were collected. t-tests, analysis of variance, Pearson correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis on the data were conducted with SPSS 26.0 statistical software. A structural equation model was constructed and evaluated with AMOS 26.0 software. Results: Daily living ability, psychological resilience and life satisfaction were positively correlated(r=0.784, 0.909, P<0.01); daily living ability was positively correlated with psychological resilience(r=0.763, P<0.01). Daily living ability could directly predict life satisfaction(β=0.480, t=24.39, P<0.001), and psychological resilience played a partial mediating role between daily living ability and life satisfaction with a direct effect of 0.118 and an indirect effect of 0.362, accounting for 75.42% of the total effect. Conclusion: Daily living ability can affect life satisfaction directly and indirectly through the mediating effect of psychological resilience.
