慢性病患者基本公共卫生服务需求、利用现状及影响因素分析

摘要：

目的：研究慢性病患者对基本公共卫生服务需求及利用情况，为进一步合理配置卫生资源、完善政策提供依据。方法：采用问卷对孝感市高新区3家社区卫生服务中心761名慢性病患者进行调查。结果：慢性病患者对已开展的项目利用率为87.77%。Logistic回归分析结果表明，经济状况越好、健康状况越好、满意度越高的患者，对基本公共卫生服务利用率越高。多重线性回归分析结果表明，农民、女性、经济状况一般、年龄越小、无配偶、丹阳社区的患者对基本医疗需求更高。孝天社区、槐荫社区、经济状况一般、少数民族、居住在城市的患者对健康促进服务需求更高。结论：该区慢性病患者对基本公共卫生服务需求较高，已开展项目利用率较高，建议政府部门优化资源配置，医疗机构加强健康宣教。

Objective: To study the demand and utilization of basic public health services of patients with chronic diseases and to provide a basis for further rational allocation of health resources and improvement of policies. Methods: 761 chronic disease patients in three community health service centers in Xiaogan city were surveyed. Results: The standard utilization rate of five basic public health services was 87.77%. Logistic regression analysis showed that the patients with better family economic status, the better health status, the higher satisfaction, exhibit a higher utilization rate of basic public health services. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that patients with farmers, women, those with average economic status, younger age, no spouse, and residents of Danyang community had higher demand for basic medical care. Patients with residents of Xiaotian community, Huaiyin community, those with average economic status, ethnic minorities, and those living in cities had higher demand for health promotion services. Conclusion: Patients with chronic diseases in this area have a high demand for basic public health services, and the utilization rate of projects that have been carried out is high. It is suggested that government departments should optimize the allocation of resources, and medical institutions strengthen health education.
