转录因子E2F8的生物学功能及临床意义

摘要:

早期区域2结合因子(E2F)是一个关键的编码转录因子家族。其中,早期区域2结合因子转录因子8(E2F8)作为转录因子之一,其生物学功能主要包括参与胚胎发育过程、调控细胞周期、维持基因组的完整性、参与DNA损伤修复等。E2F8在多种肿瘤的发生发展中具有关键调节作用,目前其在肿瘤疾病中的作用受到广泛关注并逐渐成为研究热点。本文作者就E2F8的生物学功能及其在癌症中的作用进行简要综述,并展望其研究前景。
