消化科护士对Hp感染认知程度的影响因素研究

摘要:

目的:通过调查了解消化科护士对幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)感染的认知程度,并分析其影响因素,以期为消化科护士普及Hp相关知识,有针对性地改善临床Hp感染护理质量提供数据支撑。方法:应用基本资料调查表、Hp感染认知程度调查问卷进行随机抽样调查,调查内容包括Hp基本知识、预防、危害、治疗与管理等4个维度,共25个条目。采用独立样本t检验或ANOVA单因素方差分析进行单因素分析,采用多元性线性回归分析不同变量对Hp认知水平的影响。结果:共调查 442名消化科护士,有效回收问卷365份。多元线性回归分析显示从业年限<1年、护患比>16、未担任科研工作、未阅读美国胃肠病学院(ACG)指南或Hp感染相关文献及专家共识声明、未参加Hp感染护理实践、既往1年内未参加Hp感染护理培训的消化科护士对Hp感染认知得分更低。结论:消化科护理人员对Hp感染的认知程度仍不足,应有针对性地制定多种策略,消除障碍性因素,从而改善临床护理。
