Objective: To investigate the fatigue cognitive status quo and influencing factors of postoperative patients with anorectal surgery. Methods: A total of 280 patients admitted to our hospital from September 2019 to September 2023 who underwent anorectal surgery were selected to analyze the influencing factors of postoperative fatigue in patients with anorectal surgery and their correlation with postoperative fatigue. Results: Age, sex, education level, sources of medical expenses, postoperative complications, smoking proportion, high VAS, PSQI and OMS-SF scale scores in severe group were different from those in mild group(P<0.05). The indexes of moderate group were different from those of mild group(P<0.05). Age, postoperative complications, VAS, PSQI and POMS-SF scores were all factors influencing postoperative fatigue in anorectal surgery patients(P<0.05) and were positively correlated with postoperative fatigue degree of anorectal surgery patients(P<0.05). Conclusion: Age, postoperative complications, high scores of VAS, PSQI and POMS-SF are independent risk factors for postoperative fatigue in anorectal surgery patients, and they are positively correlated with postoperative fatigue degree. |
