基于家庭视角下儿童和青少年饮食质量影响因素的研究进展

摘要:

饮食质量对儿童和青少年生长发育至关重要,但目前现状不容乐观。本文作者检索了国内外相关文献,阐述了儿童和青少年饮食质量的现状,包括宏量和微量营养素摄入不平衡,过高的膳食能量摄入,蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物供能比不合理等问题;从家庭视角分析了父母文化程度、家庭收入、父母行为特征、家庭物理领域、家庭聚餐、家庭功能、家庭健康营养氛围等家庭层面因素对饮食质量的影响;并总结了以家庭为中心的干预措施如基于营养烹饪课程设定、智能手机干预应用程序开发,旨在为后期制定更为有效的干预策略,提高儿童和青少年饮食质量提供理论参考依据。
