Objective: To explore the effect of radiation primary health management mode in leading hospitals(hereinafter referred to as radiation management mode) on glucose metabolism control in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) patients in Dongtai City. Methods: A total of 200 T2DM patients hospitalized in our hospital from September 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and study group(100 cases in each group). The control group adopted the routine nursing mode, the study group adopted the radiation management mode. Collect fasting blood glucose(FBG), postprandial 2-hour blood glucose(2hPG), glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c), episodes of hypoglycemia, number of blood glucose monitoring, screening for complications, and treatment rates before enrollment, half a year after enrollment, and one year after enrollment. Results: There was no statistically significant difference in the general data of patients between the two groups before enrollment. The serum levels of FBG, 2hPG, HbA1c and the frequency of hypoglycemia in study group were lower than those in control group for half a year and 1 year after enrollment, and the frequency of monitoring blood glucose was higher than that in control group(P<0.05). After 6 months and 1 year of enrollment, the complication screening ratio and treatment ratio of patients in study group were higher than those in control group at different follow-up time points(quarterly, semi-annual, more than 1 year). Conclusion: The radiation management mode can significantly improve the treatment compliance and glycemic control rate of T2DM patients. |
