SOX30抑癌基因在肺腺癌中的研究进展

摘要:

抑癌基因的DNA甲基化在致癌过程中起着重要作用。性别决定区(SRY)相关高迁移率盒30(SOX30)是新近发现的一种肿瘤抑制基因,能够抑制肿瘤细胞增殖和侵袭,促进肿瘤细胞凋亡。SOX30基因甲基化可导致其生物功能的沉默,对肺腺癌的发生、发展、预后及疗效均有重要影响。SOX30表达水平与肺腺癌的早期转移密切相关。去甲基化处理可重新恢复肺腺癌细胞SOX30的表达。通过研究SOX30在肺腺癌中的作用机制及SOX30去甲基化对肺腺癌治疗的影响,可能为肺腺癌的综合治疗提供一种新的思路。
