Objective: To visually analyzethe literature on spinal cord injury complicated by hyponatremia in China, to understand its research development status and research hotspots, and to provide reference for related research in the later stage. Methods: The computer searched the literature of spinal cord injury complicated by hyponatremia from the establishment to July 2023 from CNSI, Wanfang Database, and VIP. NoteExpress 3.7.0.925 8 software is used to merge and deduplicate, and CiteSpace 6.1.R6 software is used to draw visual maps and interpret authors, institutions and keywords. Results: After screening, 190 literature related to the theme were included, and the authors who published more articles were Zhang Li, Cai Qinlin, and Dang Gengding, with less inter-agency cooperation, and the articles were mainly from economically developed areas. Keyword analysis shows that the research content mainly focuses on spinal cord injury, complications and other related fields. Conclusion: The domestic attention to this field needs to be further improved, and the overall annual publication volume fluctuates, and in recent years, there has been a slight decline. Future research hotspots will focus on the risk factors, influencing factors and cervical spondylosis of SCI complicated by low sodium. |
