膝骨关节炎患者肌肉减少症研究的范围综述

摘要:

目的:对膝骨关节炎(KOA)合并肌少症的危害、评估工具、影响因素、干预措施进行范围综述,为今后该领域的研究提供指导。方法:采用范围综述研究框架,计算机检索中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库、EMbase、Web of Science、The Cochrane Library、PubMed、Springer Link数据库,检索时限为建库至2023年5月。根据纳入和排除标准确定相关文献,并对文献进行数据提取、收集、总结并报告研究结果。结果:共纳入16篇文献。结果显示,肌少症会增加KOA患者跌倒的风险、疼痛程度,加剧膝关节功能损害和疾病进展,影响生活质量。肌少症在KOA中的评估诊断工具较少,其主要影响因素包括社会人口学因素、躯体因素和疾病因素,干预方法可分为运动联合性干预和肌肉电刺激两种类型。结论:肌少症会严重影响KOA患者的生存质量,临床医护人员应注重肌少症在改善个体健康结局中的作用,规范评价指标和工具,并根据影响因素制定个性化的干预措施,以帮助患者改善肌少症。
