运动对非酒精性脂肪性肝病影响的机制及研究进展

摘要:

近年来,由于人们不健康饮食以及不良习惯的流行,非酒精性脂肪性肝病的发生率呈现出逐年增加的趋势,已成为全球范围内的重要慢性肝病之一。本文作者从运动对非酒精性脂肪性肝病的影响、以及不同运动形式对非酒精性脂肪性肝病的防治效果进行综述,旨在提高人们尤其是医护人员对非酒精性脂肪性肝病的关注,为运动干预非酒精性脂肪性肝病提供参考。
