目的：分析脑卒中患者身体意象失调现状，探讨心理弹性、身体意象失调对焦虑抑郁影响，明确三者之间的关系。方法：采用方便抽样的方法，选择2022年1月至8月于四川省某三甲综合医院神经内科、康复科住院治疗的182例脑卒中患者作为调查对象，运用一般资料问卷、身体意象失调量表、心理弹性量表、医院焦虑抑郁量表展开调查。结果：脑卒中患者心理弹性能负向预测焦虑抑郁(β=-0.346，P＜0.001)，同时心理弹性通过身体意象失调影响焦虑抑郁(β=-0.116，P＝0.001)，中介效应占总效应值的25.1%。结论：临床工作者采取提升脑卒中患者心理弹性水平的同时，也应关注患者身体意象失调问题，采取针对性评估和干预措施，帮助脑卒中患者改善焦虑抑郁问题，提高生活质量。
