基因多态性与饮食在胃癌中的作用研究进展

摘要:

胃癌是一种常见的消化系统恶性肿瘤,由于其发病率高、死亡率高,给许多国家带来严重的经济负担,已成为世界重大公共卫生问题。胃癌具有高度异质性,与饮食习惯、环境影响、基因突变等多种因素有关。一方面,机体在某些条件下发生DNA氧化损伤、致癌物入侵、肠道微生物失调等异常生物学改变,引起基因突变,进而激活致癌基因导致胃癌;另一方面,不良的饮食习惯是胃癌发生的潜在危险因素。癌症防治是公共卫生服务的重要内容,本文基于预防为主的癌症防治理念,对基因多态性与饮食在胃癌中的作用进行总结和阐述,旨在为胃癌的一级预防提供借鉴。
