腰椎间盘突出症患者自我和谐现状及其影响因素研究

摘要：

目的: 调查并分析腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者自我和谐水平及其影响因素。方法: 选取2021年4月至2022年10月在广州市某三级甲等医院骨科收治的305例LDH患者作为研究对象,采用一般情况调查表、自我和谐量表、视觉模拟量表、疾病不确定感量表和社会支持评定量表进行调查。结果: LDH患者自我和谐得分(108.41±14.71)分;家庭人均月收入、疼痛程度得分、疾病不确定感总分和社会支持总分是自我和谐得分的主要影响因素,可预测48.3%的总变异。结论: LDH患者自我和谐处于低水平;医护人员应注重评估LDH患者的自我和谐水平,重视对家庭人均月收入低和疼痛程度高的患者的干预,从降低患者疾病不确定感和强化患者社会支持水平入手,以提高患者自我和谐水平。

Objective: To investigate and analyze the level of self-consistency and its influencing factors in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH). Methods: 305 patients with LDH who were admitted to the orthopedic department of a Class A tertiary hospital in Guangzhou from April 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects, and were investigated with the general situation questionnaire, Self Consistency and Congruence Scale, Visual Analog Scale, Mishel Uncertainty in Illness Scale and Social Support Rating Scale. Results: The scores of self-consistency of LDH patients were(108.41±14.71);The family per capita monthly income, the scores of pain degree, the total scores of uncertainty in illness and the total scores of social support were the main influencing factors of the scores of self-consistency, which could predict 48.3% of the total variance. Conclusion: The self-consistency of LDH patients is at a low level;medical staff should pay attention to the evaluation of the self-consistency level of LDH patients,as well as the intervention of patients with low family per capita monthly income and high degree of pain. In order to improve the harmony level of patients, the key points are reducing the sense of uncertainty and strengthening the level of social support of patients.
