目的：系统检索成人患者失禁相关性皮炎(IAD)管理策略的相关证据，并对最佳证据进行总结，为临床护理实践提供参考。方法：计算机检索国内外数据库、指南网以及专业网站中关于成人患者IAD的所有证据，包括专家共识、指南、系统评价与Meta分析(检索时限为2013年3月1日至2022年3月1日)，以及随机对照试验(检索时限为2015年1月至2022年3月)。结果：共纳入14篇文献，包括指南2篇，专家共识5篇，系统评价与Meta分析5篇，随机对照试验(RCT)2篇，从预防、评估、处理、教育、管理层面共汇总证据56条。结论:医务人员应结合医疗机构的临床环境等，制定个性化的IAD管理策略，从而降低成人患者IAD的发生率并改善皮肤情况。
