25-OH-VD和NT-proBNP与不同性别2型糖尿病周围神经病变的相关性分析

摘要:

目的:分析2型糖尿病(T2DM)周围神经病变(DPN)患者性别与25-羟基维生素D(25-OH-VD)和N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)的关联。方法:纳入2021年11月至2022年10月蚌埠医学院第二附属医院的141例T2DM患者。收集一般临床资料和血液指标,对比各指标在性别上的差异,二元Logistic回归分析25-OH-VD 和NT-proBNP与DPN的相关性,研究性别的不同对25-OH-VD 和NT-proBNP与DPN相关性的影响。结果:不同性别在吸烟史、饮酒史及25-OH-VD的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。二元Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、病程、25-OH-VD 、NT-proBNP、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)与DPN有关(P<0.05),调整可能的混杂因素后,25-OH-VD 和NT-proBNP是DPN的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。对性别进行分层分析显示,发现25-OH-VD 和NT-proBNP与DPN的相关性仅在男性中存在(P<0.05)。结论:25-OH-VD 和NT-proBNP是DPN的独立影响因素,尤其在男性患者中。

Objective: To analyze the association between gender and 25-hydroxyvitamin D(25-OH-VD) and N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP) in patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN). Methods: 141 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from November 2021 to October 2022 were included. General clinical data and blood indicators were collected, the differences in various indicators based on gender were compared, and binary Logistic regression was used to analyze the correlation between 25-OH-VD and NT-proBNP with DPN, investigating the impact of gender differences on the correlation between 25-OH-VD and NT-proBNP with DPN. Results: The differences in smoking history, drinking history, and 25-OH-VD level between different genders were statistically significant(P<0.05). Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that age, course of disease, 25-OH-VD, NT-proBNP, LDL-C, and HbA1c were related to DPN(P<0.05). After adjusting for potential confounding factors, 25-OH-VD and NT-proBNP were independent influencing factors of DPN(P<0.05). Upon stratifying the analysis by gender, the correlation between 25-OH-VD and NT-proBNP with DPN only existed in males(P<0.05). Conclusion: 25-OH-VD and NT-proBNP are independent influencing factors of DPN, particularly in male patients.
