目的：系统评价芳香疗法干预老年痴呆患者激越行为的应用效果。方法：通过对CNKI、万方数据库、PubMed、Web of Science、Cochrane Library的检索，筛选符合芳香疗法干预老年痴呆患者激越行为的随机对照试验(RCT),对最终纳入的文献进行Meta分析。结果：纳入12篇文献，共812例患者，对其中6篇文献进行定量分析。Meta分析结果显示，与对照组相比，芳香疗法能改善老年痴呆患者激越行为，合并效应有统计学意义(SMD=-1.19，95%CI为-1.88～-0.51，P＝0.000 7)；激越调查量表(CMAI)评分合并效应无统计学意义(MD=-2.85，95%CI为-6.20～0.50，P＝0.10)；精神神经调查量表(NPI)评分合并效应有统计学意义(MD=-2.85，95%CI为-9.69～-2.55，P＝0.000 8)；干预时长在 4周及以下合并效应有统计学意义(SMD=-2.29，95%CI为-3.81～-0.77，P＝0.003)。结论：芳香疗法能改善老年痴呆患者激越行为，但未来还需更多高质量RCT验证其疗效。
