护士自主学习能力测量工具及影响因素的研究进展

摘要:

自主学习(SDL)能力是当代护士立身之本,更是其综合素养的体现。本文作者通过对国内外护士SDL能力的概念、测量工具、影响因素及提升策略研究现状进行综述,分析现有测量工具存在的问题并提出建议,以期为管理者精准选择测量工具、制定提升策略提供借鉴和参考依据。
