影像技术在肿瘤介入治疗中的应用进展

摘要:

影像技术引导下的介入手术已在肿瘤治疗中广泛开展,无论是在肿瘤患者的诊断、治疗和预后评估中均发挥着重要作用。肿瘤介入手术可通过精确的成像预处理来进行规划和指导,而超声、计算机断层扫描、C型臂锥形束计算机断层扫描和磁共振等成像技术可为其提供相关帮助。另外,由于影像融合技术的存在,这些成像方式可以单独使用,也可以联合使用,以进一步提高术者的信心以及介入治疗的有效性和安全性。作者综述了近年影像技术在肿瘤介入治疗中的应用发展,并探讨一些新的成像技术和介入模式,为后续的进一步发展提供一些帮助。
