妊娠期铁缺乏和缺铁性贫血对子代大脑发育影响的研究进展

摘要:

妊娠期铁缺乏(ID)和缺铁性贫血(IDA)严重影响孕妇的健康及胎儿的正常生长发育,尤其是对子代的大脑发育有着长期且不可逆的损害,是高危妊娠的因素之一。本文作者主要综述了妊娠期ID和IDA对子代大脑发育的影响,这对于预防ID和IDA引起的不良妊娠结局有重要的意义。
