AKAP12在血-视网膜内屏障中的作用研究进展

摘要:

血-视网膜屏障在维持视网膜微环境中起重要作用,而血-视网膜内屏障主要是由视网膜血管上的内皮细胞组成的,星形胶质细胞主要分布在神经纤维层和内核层中,星型胶质细胞源性AKAP12在介导视网膜内皮细胞和星形胶质细胞之间的相互作用中起着至关重要的作用。其过表达的AKAP12通过下调HIF-1α、增加Ang-1、抑制PKC磷酸化和Rho激酶活性来差异调节血管内皮生长因子和血栓反应蛋白-1的表达,从而促进血-视网膜屏障的形成。本文作者总结了AKAP12在视网膜微环境中对相关因子的调控和可能的作用机制,以期方便进一步对正常的视网膜屏障发育以及与屏障缺陷相关的视网膜疾病如视网膜母细胞瘤、糖尿病视网膜病变和早产儿视网膜病变等研究提供思路。
