类风湿关节炎相关microRNA的研究进展

摘要:

MicroRNA(miRNA)是一类微小非编码RNA,长度为20~23个核苷酸,可与细胞内靶mRNA结合,降解mRNA或阻止mRNA翻译,大多负性调节细胞系列生理活动,影响机体正常生理功能。类风湿关节炎(RA)是一种伴随滑膜增生,关节破坏的系统性、炎症性自身免疫性疾病,大量研究表明miRNA表达异常与类风湿关节炎发病机制有关。本文作者对差异表达miRNA尤其是miR-146a、miR-155和miR-124a等在类风湿关节炎致病机制、诊断治疗中的作用进行综述,为进一步科学研究和临床利用miRNA诊断治疗类风湿关节炎提供参考。
