目的：系统评价蒙特梭利法对老年痴呆患者的干预效果。方法：检索从建库至2022年5月31日期间Pubmed、Embase、Web of science、Ovid、Cochrane 图书馆(Cochrane library)、中国知网(CNKI)、万方、维普和中国生物医学数据库(CBM)中有关蒙特梭利法在老年痴呆患者中应用效果的随机对照试验(RCTs)。采用RevMan 5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果：最终纳入14项研究932例老年痴呆患者，干预组462例，对照组470例。Meta分析结果表明，蒙特梭利法可以改善老年痴呆患者的认知功能(MD=5.42，95%CI 2.83～8.00，P<0.001)，减少进食困难(MD=-2.43，95%CI -3.63~-1.24，P<0.001)，延长进食时间(MD=7.83，95%CI 3.98～11.67，P<0.001)，但在改善营养状况和躁动行为方面无显著意义(均P＞0.05)。结论：蒙特梭利法可改善老年痴呆患者的认知功能和进食行为，而对于营养状况和躁动行为方面的改善尚缺乏足够证据，故需进行高质量、大样本的临床研究。
