间充质干细胞应用于小鼠结直肠肿瘤有效性的Meta分析

摘要:

目的:系统评价间充质干细胞(MSCs)应用于小鼠结直肠肿瘤治疗的有效性。方法:通过检索PubMed、The Cochrane Library、FEBM、CBM、万方、维普和CNKI数据库,搜集从建库至2021年12月所有有关MSCs用于小鼠结直肠肿瘤治疗的随机对照性试验(RCT)。由2名研究者独立筛选文献,并交叉核对各纳入研究的偏倚风险,最后采用RevMan 5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入14个RCT,包括212个小鼠模型,其中实验组110个,对照组102个。实验组肿瘤体积及重量均大于对照组(WMD=425.07,95%CI 223.21~626.94,P<0.01;WMD=0.18,95%CI 0.03~0.33,P=0.02);实验组增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)表达高于对照组(WMD=37.73,95%CI 21.93~53.53,P<0.01);两组ki67表达比较差异无统计学意义(WMD=23.43,95%CI-8.91~55.77,P=0.16)。结论:MSCs对小鼠结直肠肿瘤的生长和增殖均有一定的促进作用,尚不能应用于临床治疗。

Objective: To systematically evaluate the efficacy of the application of mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs) in the treatment of colorectal tumors in mice. Methods: Collected all randomized controlled trial(RCT) data from the establishment of the database to December 2021 of mesenchymal stem cells for the treatment of colorectal tumors in mice by searching PubMed, The Cochrane Library, FEBM, CBM, WanFang, VIP and CNKI databases. Two researchers screened the literature independently, extracted data and assessed the risk of bias, and finally Meta analysis was performed by using RevMan 5.4 software. Results: 14 RCTs were included in this study with a total of 212 mouse models, including 110 mice in the experimental group and 102 in the control group. The results of Meta analysis showed that the tumor volume in the experimental group was larger than that in the control group (WMD=425.07, 95%CI 223.21-626.94, P<0.01); the tumor weight was larger than that in the control group (WMD=0.18, 95%CI 0.03-0.33, P=0.02);the expression of PCNA was higher than that in the control group (WMD=37.73, 95%CI 21.93-53.53, P<0.01). There was no significant difference on the expression of ki67 between the two groups (WMD=23.43,95% CI-8.91-55.77,P=0.16). Conclusion: MSCs can promote the growth and proliferation of colorectal tumors in mice, so they cannot be used in clinical treatment now.
