Objective: To analyze the impact of different indicators on the level of service capacity of primary care institutions and to provide a basis for primary care institutions to improve their service capacity. Methods: The data was downloaded from the Nanjing 2020 database of the national "Quality Services at the Grassroots Level" platform, and single-factor regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis models were used to analyze the factors influencing the service capacity of primary care institutions in Nanjing in 2020. Results: Nine factors in the univariate analysis had an effect on the number of consultations in primary care(P<0.05). The number of health technicians(B=0.497), the number of general practitioners(B=0.285) and the number of permanent residents(B=0.369) were positive factors for the number of consultations in the multiple linear regression analysis, and the number of people enlisted into file (B=-0.250) was a negative factor. Conclusions: Primary care providers in Nanjing should pay particular attention to the number of health technicians, the number of general practitioners, the number of permanent residents and the number of people in archive to improve the quality of services. |
