癌症相关成纤维细胞诱导上皮-间质转化的研究进展

摘要:

随着社会经济的发展,人口老龄化进程加剧,全球肿瘤的发生率及死亡率不断上升,肿瘤远期转移是导致患者死亡的重要原因之一。目前国内外已有多项研究表明癌症相关成纤维细胞(carcinoma-associated fibroblasts, CAFs)可以通过多种途径诱导上皮-间质转化(epithelial-mesenchymal transition, EMT)的发生来提高肿瘤细胞的侵袭能力及转移能力。基于目前国内外对CAFs与EMT之间相互关系的研究成果,本文旨在阐述CAFs在消化系统、泌尿生殖系统及其他系统常见肿瘤中促进EMT的近期研究进展,分别对各系统常见肿瘤中CAFs诱导EMT发生的近期机制研究进展作逐一综述,以便深入了解肿瘤微环境(tumor micro-environment, TME)、CAFs、EMT与肿瘤转移之间的相互关系,为肿瘤的治疗提供理论性指导。

With the development of social economy and the intensification of population aging,the incidence and mortality of tumors in the world are rising.Cancer metastasis is one of the important factors causing patients death.At present,many studies at home and abroad have shown that cancer associated fibroblasts (CAFs) can induce epithelial mesenchymal transition (EMT) through a variety of ways to improve the invasion and metastasis of tumor cells.Based on the research results on the relationship between CAFs and EMT at home and abroad,this paper aims to illustrate the recent research progress of CAFs promoting EMT in common tumors of digestive system,urogenital system and other systems,and summarize the recent research progress of the mechanism of CAFs inducing EMT in common tumors of each system one by one,so as to deeply understand the relationship between tumor micro-environment (TME),CAFs,EMT and tumor metastasis,which can provide theoretical guidance for the treatment of tumors.
