脑胶质瘤组织中ANGPTL2、ICAM-1表达及临床意义

摘要:

目的:研究脑胶质瘤组织中血管生成素样蛋白2(ANGPTL2)、细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)的表达水平与临床意义。方法:选择2017年7月至2020年5月在本院就诊的75例脑胶质瘤患者为研究对象,取患者脑胶质瘤组织为研究组,同时取瘤旁组织为对照组。采用免疫组化法检测两组组织中ANGPTL2、ICAM-1表达水平,分析脑胶质瘤组织中ANGPTL2与ICAM-1表达水平的相关性,并分析二者表达水平与脑胶质瘤患者临床病理特征的关系。采用Kaplan-Meier法分析脑胶质瘤组织中ANGPTL2、ICAM-1表达水平与复发的关系,以Log-rank检验进行比较;COX回归分析影响脑胶质瘤患者复发的因素。结果:脑胶质瘤组织中ANGPTL2、ICAM-1的阳性表达率显著高于瘤旁组织(P<0.05),且二者具有相关性(χ2=0.318,P=0.005)。脑胶质瘤组织中ANGPTL2、ICAM-1表达水平与患者性别、年龄、病理类型等临床病理特征无明显相关性(P>0.05),与临床TNM分期有关(P<0.05);Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期患者ANGPTL2、ICAM-1表达水平高于Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期(P<0.05)。ANGPTL2高表达者复发率31.58%明显高于ANGPTL2低表达的8.93%,ICAM-1高表达者复发率22.73%明显高于ICAM-1低表达的3.23%(P<0.05)。TNM Ⅲ+Ⅳ期、ANGPTL2高表达及ICAM-1高表达是影响脑胶质瘤患者复发的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:脑胶质瘤组织中ANGPTL2、ICAM-1表达水平较高,随着临床TNM分期的增加而升高,且可作为评估患者复发的指标。

Objective: To study the expression levels and clinical significance of angiopoietin-like protein 2(ANGPTL2) and intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1) in brain glioma tissues.Methods: From July 2017 to May 2020,seventy-five patients with glioma who were referred toour hospital were selected as research objects.The glioma tissue of the patients was allocated into research group,and the tissue adjacent to the tumor was allocated into control group.The expression levels of ANGPTL2 and ICAM-1 of tissues in the two groups were detected using immunohistochemical method.The correlation between the expression levels of ANGPTL2 and ICAM-1 in brain glioma tissues was analyzed,and the relationship between the expression levels of ANGPTL2 and ICAM-1 and the clinicopathological characteristics of patients with glioma was analyzed.Kaplan-Meier method was used to analyze the relationship between the expression levels of ANGPTL2 and ICAM-1 and recurrence in glioma tissues,and Log-rank test was used to compare them;COX regression analysis was used to analyze the factors affecting the recurrence of patients with glioma.Results: The positive expression rates of ANGPTL2 and ICAM-1 in glioma tissues were significantly higher than those in adjacent tissues (P<0.05),and the two were correlated (χ2=0.318,P=0.005).The expression levels of ANGPTL2 and ICAM-1 in glioma tissues had no significant correlation with clinicopathological characteristics such as gender,age and pathological type of patients (P>0.05),but were related to clinical TNM staging (P<0.05);the expression levels of ANGPTL2 and ICAM-1 in stage Ⅲ and IV patients were higher than those in stageⅠandⅡ(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of high expression of ANGPTL2 was 31.58%,which was significantly higher than that of low expression of ANGPTL2 by 8.93%;the recurrence rate of high expression of ICAM-1 was 22.73%,which was significantly higher than 3.23% of low expression of ICAM-1(P<0.05).TNM stageⅢand Ⅳ,high expression of ANGPTL2 and high expression of ICAM-1 were the risk factors of recurrence in patients with glioma (P<0.05).Conclusion: The expression levels of ANGPTL2 and ICAM-1 in brain glioma tissues are high,and they increase with the increase of clinical TNM staging,and can be used as an index to evaluate the recurrence of patients.
