蒿草花粉所致气道过敏性疾病的研究进展

摘要:

过敏性疾病的发病率逐年升高,已经成为影响世界各国所有年龄组人口的全球性公共卫生问题。花粉作为过敏性疾病的重要过敏原之一,致敏率在过去的30年里升高了1倍多。蒿草作为一种经济作物,在部分地区有着广泛种植,可用于医药、食物产业或作为畜牧饲料。随着蒿草花粉暴露量显著增加,蒿草花粉成为北方和西部地区的主要吸入性过敏原,其携带的颗粒物可达小气道,并可诱发气道长时间阻塞,且它还是空气中内毒素的主要载体,对人类健康的影响也要广泛得多。本文作者对蒿草花粉变应原的流行、分布及致敏特征对防治花粉过敏原所致气道过敏性疾病的研究进展进行综述。
