细胞衰老与胰腺癌关系的研究进展

摘要:

胰腺癌是预后较差的恶性肿瘤之一。细胞衰老后可分泌衰老相关分泌表型。对于胰腺癌而言,细胞衰老在发挥促癌作用的同时,也为胰腺癌的治疗带来新的机遇。结合最新研究成果,本文作者对细胞衰老在胰腺癌中的双重作用进行综述。
