雷火灸联合耳穴磁疗治疗乳腺癌患者心肾不交型失眠的临床疗效观察

摘要：

目的： 观察雷火灸联合耳穴磁疗用于乳腺癌患者心肾不交型失眠的临床效果。方法：将60例符合中医心肾不交型乳腺癌失眠患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组30例。观察组给予雷火灸联合耳穴磁疗治疗，对照组给予单纯耳穴磁疗，连续3 d。观察两组治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)的变化和总体临床疗效。结果： 两组患者治疗后PSQI指数各因子评分均较治疗前明显下降，且观察组睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠效率因子评分和PSQI总分均优于对照组(P＜0.05)；观察组总体临床疗效显著高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：雷火灸联合耳穴磁疗可改善乳腺癌患者心肾不交型睡眠障碍，缩短入睡时间，提高睡眠质量和效率。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Thunder Fire Moxibustion combined with auricular magnetic bead on insomnia due to disharmony between heart and kidney in breast cancer patients.Methods:Sixty breast cancer patients with insomnia due to disharmony between heart and kidney were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group received Thunder Fire Moxibustion and auricular magnetic bead, while the control group received auricular magnetic bead therapy only, both treatments lasted three days. Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI) scale before and after the treatment as well as overall clinical efficacy were assessed.Results:After treatment, the scores of all elements of the PSQI index were significantly reduced in both groups, the improvement of sleep quality, time to fall sleep, sleep efficiency and total PSQI score in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P＜0.05). The overall clinical effect of the observation group was superior to that of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Thunder Fire Moxibustion combined with auricular magnetic bead is effective for shortening the time to fall asleep and improving the sleep quality and efficiency in breast cancer patients with insomnia due to disharmony between heart and kidney.
