目的：探讨以专科护士为主导、多学科团队（MDT）参与的个案管理模式在晚期肺癌患者全程管理中的应用效果。方法：选取2019年3月至2020年3月在我院经病理明确诊断为原发性晚期肺癌首次入院治疗的102例患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法随机分为研究组和对照组，每组各51例。对照组接受肿瘤内科常规护理；研究组在肿瘤内科常规护理基础上，接受以专科护士为主导、MDT团队参与的个案管理模式；比较并分析两组患者的自我管理能力、生存质量及满意度。结果：在干预3个月、6个月后，研究组在自我管理能力、生存质量及满意度等方面均明显高于对照组（均P<0.05）。结论：以专科护士为主导、MDT团队参与的个案管理模式，有利于提高晚期肺癌患者自我管理能力、改善患者生存质量及提升患者满意度，值得临床推广应用。
