原发性卵巢功能不全患者血清Afamin、DBP表达及其相关性研究

摘要:

目的:分析维生素E结合蛋白(Afamin)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)在原发性卵巢功能不全(POI)患者血清中的表达情况,及两者与卵巢功能的相关性。方法:回顾性选取2016年12月至2019年12月在我院就诊的150例POI患者作为POI组,同时选取同时间段的150例健康者为对照组进行研究;酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测所有受试者血清中Afamin表达水平及卵巢功能性指标,采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪对血清中DBP的含量进行测定,Pearson相关分析法分析Afamin、DBP表达水平与促卵泡生长激素(FSH)、雌激素(E2)、促黄体生成素(LH)、抗苗勒管激素(AMH)、黄体酮(P)的相关性,多因素Logistic逐步回归分析法分析影响POI的因素。结果:与对照组相比,POI组血清中Afamin、DBP的表达水平均明显增加(P<0.05);POI患者和对照组血清Afamin、DBP表达水平与FSH、E2呈正相关(P<0.05),与AMH呈负相关(P<0.05);经过多因素Logistic逐步回归分析,结果显示Afamin、DBP为影响POI的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:血清Afamin、DBP水平在POI中表达上调,为影响POI的独立危险因素,Afamin与DBP表达水平差异有望为POI的临床治疗提供参考。

Objective: To analyze the expressions of Afamin and dibutyl phthalate (DBP) in serum of patients with primary ovarian insufficiency (POI) and their correlation with ovarian function. Methods: 150 cases of POI in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2019 were retrospectively selected asPOI group, and 150 healthy people in the same period were selected ascontrol group; the expression levels of serum Afamin and ovarian function were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), the levelof DBP in serum was determined by gas chromatography-mass spectroscopy, Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation of Afamin and DBP expression levels with follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), estrogen (E2), luteinizing hormone (LH), anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) and progesterone (P), Multivariate logistic stepwise regression analysis was used to analyze the factors influencing POI.Results: Compared with the control group, the expression levels of Afamin and DBP in serum of the POI group were significantly increased (P<0.05); the expression levels of serum Afamin and DBP were positively correlated with FSH and E2 (P< 0.05), but negatively correlated with AMH (P<0.05); Multivariate logistic stepwise regression analysis showed that Afamin and DBP were risk factors of POI (P<0.05). Conclusion: The expression levels of serum Afamin and DBP is up-regulated in POI, which areindependent risk factors of POI. The differences of Afamin and DBP expression levels may providereference for the clinical treatment of POI.
