磁共振和CT导向下的微波消融技术在肺癌治疗中的应用

摘要:

目的:探讨磁共振(MRI)和CT引导下微波消融(MWA)技术在肺癌治疗中的应用价值。方法:选取2018年11月至2020年8月在江苏省肿瘤医院行MWA治疗的患者共60例。根据患者所选择的定位方法分为A组(MRI定位)和B组(CT定位)。观察两组患者在治疗时的机器扫描次数,引导治疗的总扫描时间和微波针在病灶中的消融时间。结果:A组患者的机器扫描次数及引导治疗的总扫描时间显著低于B组患者,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.001)。结论:MRI引导的MWA是一种微创治疗肺肿瘤的方法,机器扫描次数少,引导治疗的总扫描时间短,无辐射。
