老年衰弱综合征与骨代谢相关影响因素的研究进展

摘要:

由于衰弱的变化通常以肌肉骨骼为基础,衰弱与骨质疏松关系密切,而骨质疏松症患者的骨代谢常常发生变化,这一变化首先不是体现在骨密度,而是体现在骨代谢生化标志物。这些生化标志物能够及时反映骨代谢的动态和规律,远远早于骨量和骨密度的变化。因此作者从骨代谢出发,将与衰弱相关的因素作一综述。
