目的：构建炎症性肠病（IBD）护理质量指标，旨在为规范临床护理行为、评价IBD护理质量提供参考依据。方法：在“结构-过程-结果”理论框架的基础上，通过文献回顾、半结构式访谈、专家咨询和层次分析法，确定IBD护理质量指标的内容及各指标的权重。结果：两轮德尔菲咨询专家积极系数为100%，专家权威系数为0.87和0.92，Kendall和谐系数分别为0.252和0.237。最终形成的IBD护理质量指标体系包括3个一级指标、10个二级指标、67个三级指标。结论：构建的IBD护理质量指标具有较高的科学性和可靠性，能够指导临床护理工作，并对IBD临床护理质量的评价有较大意义。
