摘要：

巨大肠系膜囊肿临床罕见。本文作者对2019年8月安徽医科大学第一附属医院普外科收治的1例巨大肠系膜囊肿患者病情演变、治疗经过及相关文献进行分析。经影像检查辅助诊断、行囊肿完整切除术治疗后患者顺利痊愈，经随访预后良好。

Giant mesenteric cysts are clinically rare. In response to this situation, this article attempts to focus on the subject of a giant mesenteric cyst, and analyze the disease evolution, treatment history and related literature of a patient with a giant mesenteric cyst admitted to the General Surgery Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University in August 2019; The patient was diagnosed by imaging examination, and after complete cystectomy, the patient recovered smoothly and the prognosis was good after follow-up. Through the research in this article, the following main conclusions are obtained:mesenteric cyst is clinically rare, and imaging exa mination combined with surgical operation is an effective method for the diagnosis and treatment.
