冠状动脉慢性完全闭塞病变评分系统在经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术中的应用进展

摘要:

冠状动脉慢性完全闭塞病变(CTO)是冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病介入治疗难度最大的病变类型之一,指的是病变时间不少于3个月,且冠状动脉造影提示管腔完全闭塞,无前向血流充盈远端血管的病变。在经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术(PCI)之前进行手术结局的预测分析,可以更加科学合理地为CTO病人制定治疗方案,改善患者预后。作者对CTO评分系统领域的文献进行了回顾,通过总结不同评分系统纳入的结局相关影响因素及比较近期相关临床研究结果,概述PCI手术结果预测效能方面的最新证据。
