小凹蛋白-1与脑缺血再灌注损伤的研究进展

摘要:

血脑屏障破坏引起的脑水肿是导致缺血性脑卒中发病和患者死亡的主要原因。小凹蛋白-1(caveolin-1,Cav-1)参与调控血脑屏障渗出、氧化应激损伤、神经炎症反应,还参与神经血管再生等过程。有研究表明在脑缺血急性期,Cav-1过表达能降低血脑屏障通透性、减轻脑水肿进而减小梗死体积,发挥脑保护作用。然而,关于Cav-1在脑缺血再灌注损伤(CIRI)中的研究不多,具体机制尚未完全阐明。作者就Cav-1在CIRI中相关作用的研究进展作一综述。
