目的：探讨关于重型颅脑损伤患者术后利用多模态监测联合颅内压（ICP）和脑电双频指数（BIS）值对病情的评估、两者的关系及两者联合监测的临床护理。方法：选取1月至12月我院脑科中心神经重症监护室收治的重型颅脑损伤且行手术治疗的患者30例，依据格拉斯哥评分（GCS）分为重度组（10例）和特重度组（20例）。ICP探头于术中植入，术后采用ICP联合BIS监测，对该监测方法的相关护理观察问题进行数据分析和探讨总结。同时运用Logistic回归进行危险因素分析，结合文献及临床实际应用探讨颅脑损伤术后患者ICP联合BIS监测的护理要点，并对常见问题进行分析。结果：重度组术后24 h和72 h的ICP值均低于特重度组，BIS值均高于特重度组，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。术后72 h ICP值与BIS值呈负相关（r=-0.446，P=0.013）。Logistic回归分析显示，年龄>60岁、有吸烟史是影响预后的危险因素，受伤程度重是影响预后的独立危险因素。结论：ICP、BIS值对于病情严重程度及预后的评估都有很好的价值，同时应多关注老年、有吸烟史及受伤程度重的患者，这对临床上重型颅脑损伤病人的护理也具有指导性作用。
