代谢组学在强直性脊柱炎疾病研究中的应用

摘要:

强直性脊柱炎是病因不明的免疫介导的脊柱关节病,严重影响患者生活质量,甚至导致畸形,但其诊疗过程中存在实验室指标特异性不高及缺乏个体化治疗的缺陷。代谢组学作为新兴研究领域,可通过对患者血液、尿液、粪便及其他组织的代谢成分分析,协助揭示强直性脊柱炎的发病机制、发掘新的生物标志物、分析中药及中成药的提取物成分,从而在本病的发病机制、早期诊断、病情评估及个体化治疗等方面发挥重要作用。本文作者对代谢组学在强直性背柱炎病研究中的应用进行总结和综述。
