大量的研究表明炎症因子参与了多种心血管疾病病理生理过程的诸多环节，其在心血管疾病的诊断、病情评估、临床预后的判断中发挥着关键作用。中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞（NLR）是近年来新发现的一种系统性炎症指标，涵盖了两种炎症因子信息，可综合评估机体的炎症状况，且因其检测成本低、操作难度系数低、可重复性好等特点，目前备受临床研究者的重视。因此本文作者对NLR与冠心病、高血压、心力衰竭等常见心血管疾病相关性的研究进展作一综述。
