组蛋白赖氨酸特异性去甲基化酶1相互作用蛋白的研究进展

摘要:

组蛋白赖氨酸特异性去甲基化酶1(LSD1)是一种去甲基酶,其功能依赖黄素腺嘌呤二核苷,能特异性催化组蛋白赖氨酸H3第4位和第9位的去一甲基、二甲基反应(H3K4me、H3K4me2、H3K9me、H3K9me2),调控靶基因的表达。正常组织中有LSD1的表达,多种肿瘤组织中也易表达,并且与肿瘤的发生、增殖、侵袭转移过程密切相关。LSD1在细胞内能与多种蛋白结合形成复合物,各司其职,共同调控靶基因,将这些蛋白称为LSD1相互作用蛋白。本文作者就LSD1相互作用蛋白的研究成果作一综述。
