糖尿病患者血液透析过程中糖化白蛋白值与平均血糖水平的相关性分析

摘要:

目的:分析糖尿病血液透析患者糖化白蛋白值(GA)与血透过程中平均血糖水平的相关性,探讨GA是否可用于评估糖尿病血液透析患者透析过程中平均血糖水平。方法:选取江苏省两家医院血液透析中心进行维持性血液透析的糖尿病患者,监测患者GA、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)以及3次血液透析过程中各时间点血糖水平,取3次透析5个时间点血糖水平平均值,分析GA和HbA1c值与平均血糖水平的相关性。结果:GA和HbA1c值与平均血糖水平均呈正相关,但HbA1c与平均血糖水平之间的相关性弱且明显低于GA值与平均血糖水平的相关性(r=0.318,P=0.019;r=0.679,P=0.000)。结论:糖尿病血液透析患者糖化白蛋白值与透析过程中平均血糖水平具有良好的相关性,可以用于糖尿病血液透析患者透析过程中平均血糖水平的评估。

Objective: To analyze the correlation between glycosylated albumin (GA) and average blood glucose level, and to explore whether GA can be used to evaluate the average blood glucose level during hemodialysis in diabetic patients. Methods: The hemodialysis patients with diabetics were selected from two dialysis centers in Jiangsu province. The values of GA, hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c) and blood glucose levels were monitored in all the patients. The mean blood glucose was taken at five points of three times' hemodialysis. And then the correlation between GA, HbA1c and average blood glucose was analyzed.Results: GA and HbA1c were positively correlated with average blood glucose level, but the correlation between HbA1c and average blood glucose level was weak, and significantly weaker than that between GA and average blood glucose level(r=0.318,P=0.019; r=0.679,P=0.000).Conclusion: GA has a good correlation with the average blood glucose level, which can be used to evaluate the average blood glucose level in hemodialysis patients with diabetics.
