Objective: To investigate the effect of improved blind nasointestinal tube implantation in patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU.Methods: From January to December in 2018,100 patients with mechanical ventilation who need to be fed with nasal jejunum tube in our hospital were selected, who received modified open-handed blind visual nasal jejunal tube placement: the positioning was determined via suspension pipe-three auscultation-glucose test. The success rate, total success rate, glucose content test accuracy and complications were summarized. Results: The success rate of one catheterization was 82%, the total success rate of catheterization was 100%, the accuracy rate of glucose content test and location was 95%, and there were no serious complications during the implantation and after the catheterization. Conclusion: The improved blind nasointestinal tuber insertion has a high success rate and fewer complications, which is a safe and effective method for patients with mechanical ventilation to perform enteral nutrition. |
