视神经下大脑前动脉1例分析及文献回顾

摘要：

目的：探讨视神经下大脑前动脉的形成原因及与动脉瘤发生的关系。方法：回顾性分析1例神神经下大脑前动脉合并动脉瘤患者的诊治过程并文献复习。结果：综合患者多种检查结果及相关解剖位等证实该患者系视神经下行大脑前动脉合并动脉瘤。结论：视神经下大脑前动脉的形成可能是在眼动脉发育最后阶段的异常导致的并且因为局部解剖结构变异及血流动力学原因常导致动脉瘤的发生。

Objective: To investigate relationship between the formation of the infra-optic course of the anterior cerebral artery and formation of aneurysms. Methods: A retrospective analysis of the diagnosis and treatment process of a patient with aneurysm in the infra-optic course of the anterior cerebral artery and literature review.Results: The multiple examination results and related anatomical positions of the patient confirmed the infra-optic course of the anterior cerebral artery combined aneurysm.Conclusion: The formation of the infra-optic course of the anterior cerebral artery may be caused by an abnormality in the final stage of the development of the ophthalmic artery, and aneurysms often occur due to local anatomical structure variations and hemodynamic reasons.
