应用富含血小板血浆（PRP）是治疗某些肌肉骨骼疾病的有效方法，PRP制剂包括富含白细胞的PRP（LR-PRP）和少白细胞的PRP（LP-PRP）。有大量的证据表明使用LR-PRP注射液治疗肱骨外侧上髁炎、膝骨关节炎、髌骨肌腱疾病、足底筋膜炎等疾病有明显的效果，但对治疗肩袖肌腱病、踝关节扭伤、急性骨折、骨折不愈合的治疗效果有待考证。PRP治疗是一种很有前途的治疗某些肌肉骨骼疾病的方法。然而，根据疾病具体的适应证，试剂的用量、频率和治疗后的结果一直是高度可变的。目前临床对于PRP的认知较少，现将PRP在临床应用中的效果及治疗研究进展综述如下。
