90例慢性胃炎患儿对常见食物不耐受情况分析

摘要:

目的:分析90例慢性胃炎患儿对食物不耐受的特征。方法:选取2017年6月至2018年6月我院收治的90例慢性胃炎患儿,采集患儿的空腹肘静脉血,检测患儿血清中鸡蛋、小麦、牛奶、西红柿、鳕鱼、鸡肉、牛肉、大米、大豆、螃蟹、玉米、蘑菇、虾、猪肉等食物的特异性IgG抗体水平,评估患儿对上述食物的不耐受程度。结果:90例患者中,食物特异性IgG检测阳性者82例,占91.11%。其中鸡蛋不耐受情况发生率最高(78.89%),其次为小麦(36.67%)、牛奶(24.44%)。学龄期儿童慢性患者多见,随着年龄增长,食物不耐受阳性率逐渐降低,幼儿及学龄前期(100%)>学龄期(89.5%)>青春期(87.5%)。对各年龄阶段患儿均存在不耐受的鸡蛋、小麦、牛奶、西红柿、鳕鱼等5种食物进行统计分析发现,仅牛奶组的差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同性别对常见食物的不耐受阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:慢性胃炎患儿食物不耐受受食物种类及年龄的影响。不耐受的食物主要是鸡蛋、小麦、牛奶,各年龄阶段患儿对牛奶不耐受存在差异,学龄前期、青春期儿童牛奶不耐受率偏高。

Objective:To investigate the common food intolerance of 90 children with chronic gastritis. Methods: Ninety children with chronic gastritis were treated in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018. Fasting elbow venous blood was collected. The specific IgG antibody levels of eggs, wheat, milk, tomatoes, cod, chicken, beef, rice, soybean, crab, corn, mushroom, shrimp and pork were detected. Results: Among 90 patients, 82 (91.11%) were positive for food specific IgG. The incidence of egg intolerance was the highest (78.89%), followed by wheat (36.67%) and milk (24.44%).Chronic gastritis children in school age are more common. The positive rate of food intolerance in different age groups ranges from high to low:toddler's age and preschool age (100%) > school age (89.5%) > adolescence (87.5%). Statistical analysis was made on five kinds of food intolerance of patients in different age groups:eggs, wheat, milk, tomatoes and cod. It was found that only milk had statistical significance (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in tolerance to common food between different genders (P>0.05). Conclusion: Food intolerance in children with chronic gastritis is influenced by age and type of food. The main food intolerance is occurred in eggs, wheat and milk. Milk intolerance have differences among different age groups and it is higher in preschool age and adolescent children.
